Membrane Pressure Glue
Membrane pressure glue, the adhesive substance used in workshops to glue objects and wooden materials, is a white spraying substance. While using this glue, clean off the area of application of all kinds of factors that may affect the adhesiveness of the glue. One should also pay attention to the way the areas with limited adhesion are glued with a glue gun connected to the compressor. Having glued the material by spraying, it must be left to dry. One product should not come in contact with another. Press the material under 2-6 bars pressure for 2 or 3 minutes. The temperature to be applied with membrane pressure glue should be around 70 Celsius degrees.
This water-based glue is used for the adhesion of all kinds of PVC folios. It is white. Its PH value is between 2 and 4. Minimum application temperature is +8 Celsius degrees. The film is characterized as transparent, solid and elastic. It weighs 20 kilograms. The strength of the glue will appear better and stronger a few days later. The glue has certain ways of usage. For instance, ambient and material temperatures should be in the interval of 18 and 20 Celsius degrees. The amount of moisture in the wood, on the other hand, must be between 8% and 10%. The application temperature for the glue may vary between 190 and 210 Celsius degrees. The feed rate, however, must be at least 20 m/min. Temperature and rate adjustments of the glue must be done quickly so that the glue cools rapidly and adheres smoothly. The glue contains a chemical which ensures better adhesion after a few days with its strong bonding feature.
